Corporate Innovation Through Design Thinking
Developed in corporation with Istanbul Innovation Institute
''When we all think alike, than noone is thinking''
Thinking patterns, norms and rules ease our lives in many areas. Thanks to these patterns, we may quickly judge situations: ex. run away from a wild animal, recognize objects immediately, find our way home without additional thinking. These behaviors are automatic.
On the flip side of the coin, we may jump into quick conclusions and lose creative, out of the box thinking.
In the fast pace of our lives, we may
- start ideation without proper understanding of issues and opportunities,
- move to a decision with poor and quick judgements,
- start executing decisions without alignment of the teams
When we add corporate dynamics, performance anxieties and perfectionism, our job may become even harder.
With our training, we invite you to overcome all these limitations for creative thinking and innovation.
