"Knowledge is a rumor until it lives in the muscle"

Modern day problems created by the increasing complexity of life do not necessarily require drastic measures such as psychotherapy. Consulting help is an alternative, but consulting does not adequately address the sensitive issues of social and emotional intelligence. This is where coaching comes into play. It supports people and professional teams in their effort to solve complex problems in an emotionally and socially intelligent way.

About me

What do I do?

I am a Professional Coach and Consultant who provides support to individuals and teams striving for change, whether the change is motivated by pressures coming from the environment or forces from within the individual/ team. I combine creative and experiential methods with an analytical approach to create awareness of and focus on the needs, desires and missing elements of the individual/ team. The ultimate result is an inspired individual/ team empowered to comfortably and confidently move out of their comfort zone to achieve their goals.

“In organizations, real power and energy is generated through relationships. The patterns of relationships and the capacities to form them are more important than tasks, functions, roles, and positions.”

Meg Wheatley - Author and Management Consultant on Organizational Behavior,

Teamwork can be very chaotic since teams typically consists of individuals with different capabilities, limitations, priorities, and goals.

High performing teams do not just happen. My team coaching work focuses on 3 layers to make them happen:

  • development of the team as a whole

  • development of individuals within the team

  • personal relationships and conflicts within the team

By engaging the team on these three different layers, I create the appropriate environment where team members improve their abilities to work together and create results.

“Awareness, without action, leads to regret”

Gestalt Principle

  • What are your strengths?

  • Do you know your limits?

  • Are you aware of your desires and needs?

  • Where do you most feel stuck?

Some of the responses to these questions lie outside of your awareness or your comfort zone. To wonder in your blind areas without being lost is as hard as tickling yourself.

On the other hand, moving into action without knowing yourself is like trying to find your way in a foggy environment.

Energy never disappears in the universe. Misused energy leads to internal conflict and feeling of emptiness. You can only feel fulfillment and happiness in your life, when you go for or reach to your potential.
